The Open Enrollment Process allows any person with appropriate academic preparation to enroll in one or more currently-offered courses from the World University in Ojai Catalog. (If you wish to receive a BA or MA degree from World University in Ojai, rather than taking one or two courses, please use the Degree Program Application.)

INTRODUCTION  (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):   Enrolling in a World University online course as an Open Enrollment Process student is a two-step process.

The first part is to apply for admission to our Open Enrollment Process.  The goal of this part is to make sure that you have enough previous college experience and English-language writing skills in order to be able to participate successfully in our courses.  For BA, Thanatology and Spiritual Ministry courses, the minimum of academic experience required is two years of college study. For MA courses, the minimum of academic experience required is a BA degree.

The second step of the enrollment process is to register for a specific course (or courses) and pay your tuition.  Please do not attempt to register until you have completed the application process.

This form is the admission application.  When you have been accepted for admission, we will e-mail you a username and password that will allow you to register for courses and pay your tuition by using the Registration Gateway.  (If you wish to take an online course at WorldU for nursing, social work or counseling Continuing Education Units, please go to our C.E.U. Enrollment Application .  For academic degrees and vocational certificate programs, please see the program announcements on the  home page of our web site.

Admission to one or more courses at WorldU as an Open Enrollment Process student does not constitute admission to a degree or certificate program.  To apply individually completed courses to a degree or certificate program, a student needs to apply to, and be accepted into, that program.  For more information about degree and certificate programs, please see the program announcements on the home page  of our web site.
